Updating with gridview Quick local fuck no registering
The Data Grid was driven by a Data Table in a Data Set that held all the rows for the survey, along with the current user's response.
All the developer wanted to do was give the user the ability to work down one column in the Grid View that contained a Radio Button List, checking off a choice in each row.
The field that's being updated from the Radio Button List is the third field in the row, so the code updates the row in position zero and the column in position two (as shown in Listing 1).
After updating the Data Set, we still needed to call the Table Adapter's Update method to move the updates back to the database.
This workflow is especially frustrating if the user is updating a single field in the Grid View (for example, a checkbox that supports a "Delete all selected rows" button).
The above piece of code will also do the same as label in Item Template and Textbox in the Edit Item Template.
By default all the boundfields will be trasferred as Textboxes in Edit Mode.
We will use Template Field, whenever we want to define some custom control in the data bound controls like Grid View, Data Grid or Data Repeater.
If he clicks edit (or) in the edit mode he can be able to see the Textbox.
In the Click event of that button, we needed to capture the user's entries in each row and update the Data Set with the Survey data.
